About FPCA

The Forest Park Civic Association (FPCA) is a volunteer association of neighbors who want to make the Forest Park neighborhood of Springfield better. Formed initially nearly fifty years ago to stop commercial encroachment on the gateway to Forest Park, Sumner Avenue, the FPCA has become a strong volunteer neighborhood action and social group.
