The Environmental Center for Our Schools (ECOS) serves students in grades 4-7 from Springfield Public Schools. ECOS is an urban environmental education center that uses Forest Park as an outdoor classroom. Three generations of Springfield elementary and middle school students have been coming to the ECOS program beginning in the 1970's.
